After paying over $35,000 for a 2017 Grand Cherokee, it would have been nice to know beforehand that it would cost over $900 and take over 4 hours to service the front and rear differentials, transfer case, and transmission of our 2014 Grand Cherokee. We appreciated the free oil change even though we have had this Jeep for over three years.  It would have been nice if the service technician had tightened the hex head drain plug, a young grandchild had not slipped and fallen into the fluid puddle, and I did not have to slide on my back under this Jeep to find the source of the leak and tighten the loose plug. I will bring the 2014 Grand Cherokee back soon so you can check your work and replace the fluid that was lost. 

Please note that Scott Williams was the perfect salesman for the 2017 Grand  Cherokee. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Friendly sales staff, but extra fees are hidden in the final paperwork.  Gen Mgr Kory has been slow to respond with anything but apologies.  He acknowledges that, yes, certain charges ($595) were not disclosed on the sales contract but WERE included in the final total.  He called this an ongoing software glitch.  I don't want his apology.  I want my lost $595 back.  If you've purchased here, get out your contract and your calculator and add lines 19-28 to make sure there are no "math errors" in YOUR contract since this is an ongoing problem here.  I'll update my review when this is resolved.

I bought a rad 2014 Jeep Wrangler 4x4 here from Danny LePelley. Danny was fair and honest, upfront with information, and easy to understand. The Young dealership in Morgan is great! I didn’t feel any of that “sleazy car sales” vibe that I’ve felt at other car dealerships. 10/10 would recommend this dealer, especially Danny! He has been kind enough to continue corresponding with me and answering my questions (long after the sale has gone through). I’m extremely impressed. Thanks, Danny and the folks at Young!

Don't but any insurance/ warranty policy with these guys. Was one "mistake" that was in there favor after another. After canceling I didn't recieve the correct amount of money. So I called and after talking to the 3rd party insurance company, we sorted out that the dealership just didnt cancel the entire plan. Some individuals are great to work with. Some are jack asses.

Danny Lepelly is a great salesmen. He had a truck located at a different young dealer brought up for us to drive and that is the vehicle we ended up purchasing. If you looking for great service and quality vehicles head out to see Danny Lepelly at young jeep and dodge in  Morgan.
