Josh was a great salesman. He was not pushy, took time to listen to what I wanted,  and explained everything well.  He was very patient and left work late to make sure I was all settled in my new Prius. Mike in finance is down to earth and has a great sense of humor which I sure appreciated!  Purchasing a new car can be a scary experience since it is a major financial commitment,  but they made it a great experience.  I also had the opportunity to deal with the service department with my previous car and was very impressed by the service and genuine people. The information presented by everyone I met with was upfront and thorough.  They didn't leave me with a lot of questions to ask because they covered it all so well from service, to purchasing, to finance.  This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had.

Our whole experience was very positive.  We had a hard time deciding which car to get so we have been bothering Fred Jensen for 3 months.  He was very informative and so patient with us and not pushy at all.  He never called to bother us and whenever we stopped in he would bring whatever car we wanted to see to the door all warmed up for us. We looked at many cars at different dealerships and it was because of Fred that we bought at Tony Divino. We had a totally positive experience with the purchase also.  We were not surprised with any added charges and we were informed of options and warranties but not pushed into doing anything on the spot. A big thank you to all the good people at Tony Divino. We love our Toyota!

I went to pick up my license plates for my  car, and some nice fellow, Joshua, said "would you like me to put those on for you?" I wasn't expecting them to put them on, of course I was delighted, and thankful. Also he was kind enough to set my car clock with the correct time, which was extremely helpful, as it was an hour earlier, from the daylight savings time, which was screwing me up a bit.

Retired engineer that I am I was looking for an in dept discussion and analysis from the service department to help determine cause of tire bounce after having new tires installed and rebalanced twice. Service advisor Chase Jackson went the extra two miles recommending I make an appointment with one of the master technicians who could perform an alignment and perform the in depth assessment. Chase accompanied me to the shop area where I met master tech John Gallegos and had the in depth technical discussion I was hoping for. Both Chase and John are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and answered all my questions. The tire bounce cause has been identified and will be addressed in the near future. Great experience being able to work so closely with the person doing the work.

Working with James Guthrie was great. It was very notable that he was trying to work with my wife and I on getting the best deal possible for not only our trade, but also the vehicle that we were wanting to trade for.
He was never once pushy or rude, but was very helpful in answering our questions and concerns and did what he could to accommodate our requests while still being a great car salesman.
My wife and I ended up getting the car that we wanted at a very fair price and the best possible deal on our trade. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a brand new car.
