Nice park! We stayed in an off season so there were only 2 other campers but we imagine it is very active in the summer months. Nice sites, nice clean bathrooms with free showers. Drinking water and dump station. We would stay here again.

The park is very nice, however when you get here there is nobody to check you in and the rates and forms are very confusing. Hiking trails are not well marked. The lake is beautiful and it is very quiet here. I'm sure that it is much busier during the summer months.

Good fishing, very nice campground and the water level is up enough that you can use the boat ramp. Had an excellent 3 day stay. Only complaint is not enough water hydrants.

We came in winter. Which was great b.c. no host. We got to use that site. So we had electric. ..which was nice since it went down to 14. Nice to use electric heat. Looking forward to coming back with kayaks.

I live here so haven't camped out but the South campground has only outhouses . If you like to fish the lake isn't very productive. But in the summertime it's good for boating & four wheeling in the National Forest. I am unsure of what is available at the North campground.
