I had a great experience at Nationwide Import. The sales and the owner (Bruce) working here were far more friendly than other dealers. They were very friendly, professional and made the purchase process very smooth and efficient. We had gone to more than a few dealers prior to visiting this one, but we felt very comfortable with the people here and we came home all the way to Virginia with a 2015 BMW 5series.

The sales consultant David was especially polite, attentive, knowledgeable and worked within our budget. No surprises, got the price we wanted and he helped me to find the right car and model. I am extremely pleased with the service he provided during the entire buying process. 

Nationwide Import team is top of the line in every way.  

Highly recommend this dealer if you are considering a new car purchase.

If you want great customer service this is the place to go A+++. I bought an Audi from them. I called and the salesman YAW coordinated everything. In and out express service. I ran into some mechanical issues a couple days later and Audi wanted to charge me $7,500 in repairs. The owner BRUCE of this shop spoke with me and told me what my options were they handled all of the cost and all of the repairs and they even fixed things that were out of my warranty. when you buy a used car there are some faults you have to fix on your own but they handled them for me. I'm only 18 but they treated me with respect. They won a customer for life

Bought two cars. Spent about 80,000.00 with them. Took one car to be serviced only to be told we were lucky we didn’t crash. Had to spend 3000.00 to make the car safe to drive. Dealer response...”not their problem “!

My entire extended family services their cars here and we have also purchased a vehicle from Bruce.  You will never be suckered into doing unnecessary work at Nationwide.  Little known fact, they can also wash your car inside and outside for a very reasonable cost and do a better job than most professional car washes.  You do have to ask for it however.

I was going to purchase a car with this dealership until today. Having my eyes set on the 2005 Audi A6 Quattro they had, I applied earlier this month and actually reserved this car up to this date. Having been approved and even by word of the company have an email reserving the vehicle till today.
 I call up there today to see what's up, cause it was suppose to be a simple test drive sign pay and go. Nothing more then a hour at most. Well when I talked with the gentleman that had been dealing with me via phone he couldn't remember whom I was until after a few brief sentences then finally went on further to tell me that the car that their company reserved for me was no longer there. That it got sold to some one else "either last Saturday or Friday", well that person wasn't me whom the car was reserved for. 
I would strongly suggest before getting involved with this company ask yourself are you ready to make a large investment into a vehicle with a company that sounds to me as if they are not concerned about the relationship with the car owner as much as they are concerned about the money in your pocket  I would care to see another person put countless hours into researching various vehicle only to find one that not only fits your needs but also your wants only to be told by the same very company that said no worries your car is reserved for you also tell you that same very reserved car has been sold to some one else. Thank you for waiting over a month of my time nationwide imports, consumers don't make the same mistake people do yourself the favor and go somewhere else.
