The sales staff was extremely helpful.  They will go out of their way to help.  Joe helped us out and didn't hover over me like many sales people usually do.  He even let me know by text when our cocktail table was ready for pick-up which was quite convenient. The loading staff was busy when I picked up my table, but did not let the rush keep them from making sure their quality checks were 100% before it left the store. I didn't mind extra few minutes for my table.

There we some very nice pieces of furniture at this place. Unique, I'd say compared to some of the other places in town. Service was great. You are greeted with a bottle of water and there is someone always available to help. Without being pushy. I can't remember if they had office furniture at all. I think not.

Although I am happy with the items we purchased and how they were eventually delivered. We were pretty unhappy with the confusion in store with the basic product information when making our decision and then the subsequent delivery automated system where there is zero flexibility or communication, you are simply TOLD when to be home the afternoon before and if you cant work within that time frame you have to wait until the next afternoon to be TOLD by the automated system of another time the NEXT day until eventually you are able to be there and receive your items. 
I had to take time out of my business to be there on time AND my husband had to take time from his job to pick up our child from school because the ONLY time option we were given was a 2 hour block that overlapped with school pick up. In the end the delivery guys came early and were super fast so it worked out but we were VERY unhappy the day before - to be honest the delivery guys saved this from being a completely terrible experience.

Thanks, Kerri Staggs for going up to the store on your day off and getting my mother in law's lift chair purchase done. You were so helpful, so the next time we need furniture, I will definitely give you a call. Awesome delivery notifications even over Christmas Holidays. They called and sent text letting me know exactly when the lift chair would be delivered to my mother in law's house and were there right on schedule. Delivery guys were very nice and polite also.

Very friendly staff huge selection of furniture. Got a very nice dining room table and chairs at a very reasonable price as opposed to some of the other stores I visited(basically same style of table and chairs with a 300 dollar difference). Also got a sectional there I live, great store and friendly staff.
