Our Home Zone salesman was Tracy Campbell.....friendly and very helpful in the process of our purchase. He seems very knowledgeable of the product we purchased and answered all my questions regarding the item and the procedures for the purchase. My grandson who accompanied me said the one can tell that Tracy is a "people person".

We had such a great experience in Home Zone the other night. James was so helpful and patient with us while we were deciding on what couch to get. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and answered all the questions we had. Thanks again James for all your help!

Great experience here at home zone. We were greeted by Eric as we walked through the door and he was very helpful answering our questions and putting up with us walking all around the store indecisively. He gave us great advice and direction and we were very happy with their purchase. I wish they had some type of return policy though… But still worth the five stars. We are very happy with the table we got there.

I’m really happy with the amazing people who work here! Every single one of the employees working today was very nice! Eric helped me with finding the right bedroom suit and mattress, and explained all the paper work clearly! And Alec also helped me in the purchasing process and also explained the delivery process to me clearly as well! I will definitely purchase from Home Zone again! Thank you both so much!

Great customer service!! There was no pressure in making a purchase and the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place. In addition, they have a good selection to choose from no matter what style you like.
