They had the exact car I was looking for and I had been test driving and researching for about a month so as long as the negation went well I was going to buy it. Jay was great, so so friendly, nice to my kids, made sure I was happy with everything we agreed on! He gets 5 stars!

The one thing that bothered me was the manager never came and said anything to me. I know it's standard procedure to do the back and forth, "I need to check with my manager" routine but every other time I have bought a car the manager comes around at the end of negotiations or when you've agreed to a price and said hi or thank you or something.. anything?! Nope. Then the 2 hours I was there getting financing and trade in paperwork and everything done... nothing. He wasn't in an office either, he was standing right there. I even smiled at him, nothing. I was also the only person there on a Monday night. It was borderline bizarre but mostly just rude. But Jay was great, the finance guy was great too!

At first I was very happy with my sales man Ryan. However, he was aware that I was not buying that day since my co-worker was busy and could not come in. Went I wanted to test drive, he did not want to let me and didn't. He explained that "It's a holiday and I need to focus on real sales. You'll understand if you ever sell cars." He never followed up with me either. I guess I wasn't a REAL enough customer for him. I had a good experience with everyone else there. I was greeted politely. But due to this experience I felt very unimportant to my sales man. I have went with a 2017 Mazda Mazda6 Grand Touring and love it. NOTE: This was a few months ago.

Ryan Anderson was an awesome salesman! I couldn't of asked for no One better to assist me! He was very polite, patient, understanding, diligent, and a pleasure to work with. He has a warming personality and he didn't treat me as just another customer! He did everything he could do to assist me and I walked out with a 2017 vehicle. Thank you Ryan! Keep up the good work! We need more people like you...

I've been coming to this dealership for years and not once have I received bad service. They are always very welcoming and polite. They get the work done in a timely manner which I truly appreciate. Amazing service every time I go.

I have used grossinger for work on my car before. No one was helpful. The work wasn't great. I hated bringing my car in. I've heard of Bob Roherman all my life so I decided to try them. I am thrilled I did. Best service staff ever. From the mechanics to the receptionist everyone was amazing. Anna was exceptional. Kind, thoughtful, friendly and knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else for service!
