First off, I bought my car from Joe. Great guy with a great personality. I thought he was being nice and talkative just for the sake of the sale but he ended being genuinely nice throughout the entire 4+ hours buy/sale process. Even at 10PM when he should be home, he was still very cool. Definitely recommended. I can't share too much of my experience here as all I did was visit twice and by a 2017 Chevy Cruze on my second visit. What I can say is this: The dealership itself is very modern and good looking. My favorite thing? Pop machine. :) Everyone here was more or less pretty cool. We'll find out in the future how good of a dealership they are.

I had a fantastic experience buying my first car at Ziegler Chevrolet Schaumburg! Amber Tortorello, sales consultant, was very personable, genuine, and helpful. I felt comfortable asking questions and knew she had my back throughout the process. I really enjoyed working with her! I also had a great meeting with the Customer Relations Manager, Bill Wilson. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Bill's information was thorough, yet concise. Nick Wagner, finance manager, also made the process of financing my first car painless. He explained everything clearly and was very personable as well. I can't say enough how thankful I am to have chosen this dealership to work with!

Great car buying experience!  They had the one car in the area with all the features that no one else had.  Rocky was great to deal with. Gave as many test drives as my daughter needed to make up her mind and worked out a great deal for her first car!  Very attentive to emails and inquiries also.  Would definitely recommend.

Had my 2015 traverse in for service. Dropped of at 1:30, diagnosed by 2:30 and told it'd be ready for pickup by 6pm. Service closes at 6pm.  Went to pick up my car...it wasn't done...DImitris (manager) was able to get me a loaner after I requested it. Dealer called today three times to inform me my car was done. Went tonight to pick up my traverse and it was parked in the back unlocked. Manager was great but service could have been better. Glad the car is fixed just wish they would have been honest or called to inform us it wasn't done and locked my car.

Alex at Zeigler Chevrolet was amazing. He was super helpful, friendly and professional.  He walked me through the process of buying a new car and I found one that I am absolutely in love with.  I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to come and see Alex. Hes the best!
