$600.00 for a set of pads, and to turn the rotors on a 2014 Sonata with 50k miles. My friend brought her car in and was told this had to be done for safety. It may/or may not have needed this, she was pitched a ton of other items, but told this was the minimum amount to make the car "safe" When I asked GUS why the price was so high, he stated call BMW if you do not like it, see what they charge. I stated, this is not a BMW, to which his reply was "I sell what I am told to sell" If you are not knowledgeable about vehicle service, and parts, I would avoid this place. They will defiantly take advantage. Waiting on a call from the Service Manager Randy. We will see if he is any better. Called four other local dealers, all quoted between $225.00 and $464.00 being the highest for the exact same service...........

Randy Boyd was absolutely amazing to work with, truly listened to all my needs. He made sure I got the best. Customer service was phenomenal. Would totally recommend coming here for your Hyundai needs, just make sure to ask for Randy!

8/11 - Got a great deal, no hassle. This place provides all the documents you need including license plates. They were able to find an auto loan that beat my bank's already great quote and saved me money. The salesman, Maz, was polite and accommodating and gave us as much time we needed with the test drive. The only thing negative I have is our purchase has a water leak under the glove compartment, probably due to the air conditioner. I called to see if this was something that they would cover, as we made the purchase only 13 days ago. I have not received a call back. Update (8/12): still no call back, so we'll have to pay extra to fix this leak that we had nothing to do with.

Manny Diaz was the best sales person, he heard all my wants and needs and I ended up buying a car on my first visit. I had researched a few vehicles with different dealerships and Manny was easy going and the process was smooth and for the most part fast. Rick in finance was also not pushy and helped speed the process along. i recommend Patrick Hyundai!

Had to go to this dealership for service as mine was on strike. Luckily it was down the street from my employer so I was hoping to have a good experience so that I could use them again in the future. My car's check engine light was on and had an issue shifting out of park. When bringing it in they determined the 2 issues causing that problem. They also identified that I had an under carriage cover that was cracked and important bulbs were out, also my rear breaks extremely bad and hindering my driving abilities... I was told that they were actually hurting my gas mileage. I was surprised as I take my car in for service faithfully and have all service up to date and for them to find all of these issues was strange. I chose to fix the under cover and the bulbs and said I would take my car elsewhere for the breaks. The representative urged me to take care of the breaks now as they were in really bad shape, and then told me to not have my rotors replaced, only cut. He wanted to charge me $300 for replacing pads and cutting rotors. After I get my bill for the other work done, the "multiple" bulbs pertaining to a few rear LEDs and my license plate bulbs. I then had 2 mechanics look at my breaks. I was quoted twice that pad replacement and cut rotors would be $100, it would be $300 if I needed me rotors replaced. After inspection, both mechanics told me.... my rear breaks had 50% life left, at least! I was not charged (thankfully) and told my car was actually in great shape and well maintained (thanks to my fantastic Wilkins Dealership)! I don't know a ton about cars, and Patrick Hyundai saw that from a mile away, so they figured they would use that to their benefit. I will never go back.
