This is my second Caddy I bought from Patrick. I went back to them for many reasons. First and foremost I went back to Steve Popp the best Salesmen I ever dealt with. Secondly their service is exceptional and their maintenance plan is outstanding. Where else can you go for free oil changes, tire rotations and free car watches. All in all the it's the best dealer I ever worked with.

Drove from Brandon, SD to buy a Cadillac XTS.  Car was used but in good condition with 40,000 miles.  I drove it home, noticed two issues with the when I got home.   Called Andrew (my salesman ) the next day and Patrick Cadillac Used Car Dept. took care of the issues.  Andrew is a Great Salesman to deal with.  Takes care of his customers even after the sale.  I drove 540 miles to find a respectable car dealer in Illinois.

Drove from a distance; had a great and honest experience. Andrew was my salesman and he was awesome to work with from the first phone call until the end of my purchase. He even helped me set up the phone Bluetooth. I would recommend him when you come in. Andrew went the extra mile to help me in my purchase.

Tremain White was awesome! Our deal was not the simplest and yet he always bent over backwards to make it happen and accommodate us. Always being respectful and courteous.

Mike Vitchik was hugely helpful in finding us the right Cadillac to fit our needs. His instructions on how to operate all the bells and whistles were so helpful to both my wife and myself. We certainly will be returning to Patrick Cadillac for our next vehicle. We have already recommended both Patrick Cadillac and Mike to our daughter and her husband for their next car!  Thanks Mike!
