This was one of my best furniture shopping experiences...ever! The staff was extremely professional and courteous. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and they made themselves available to answer any/all of my questions. I was impressed to discover that 95% of their inventory is always in stock. This made it easier to find the selections that I wanted without fear of discovering it wasn't available. Did I mention the quality furniture at great prices?! Thank you to my sales associate Paulette and the other staff members at this store. You guys rock!!!

My sales representative (Nancy) at Bob Furniture In Waldorf was extremely helpful, very patient, offered good furniture suggestions and gave me some useful tips.

The delivery team was polite and courteous, arrived on time, introduced themselves, assembled and placed my items in the rooms, and asked if I was pleased with everything. I signed off, they removed all packaging, thanked me and left. Great experience, and yes I will definitely be ordering from Bob’s again, as well as telling my friends and family. Good customer service is still out there. Thanks Bob’s!

So far so good. Quick on time delivery. Great sales folks. Just can't wait to use the goof protection if needed. That is always the tell tale sign of service. The service after the sale. Will update if needed with that information. So far awesome.

I’ve bought all of my furniture from Bob’s. Pat Anderson has taken wonderful care us us every time! The furniture is excellent quality and makes our house truly a home! Thank you for treating us like family every time we walk in the door! Absolutely will purchase again!!

After picking out our new couch at Bob's and paying the $300 for delivery, we were excited to finally get our new couch. They could only deliver during the week, so I took off work to meet the delivery team. Unfortunately, one of the sectional pieces was ripped and scuffed and they also sent the wrong end piece (sent to left arm pieces). I was told to call customer service which took 20 minutes to tell me they would come back out with a replacement piece and the correct end piece. So I took off another day of work to be home for the delivery. The delivery was wrong again! The replacement piece was damaged and the wrong end piece was send again. How do you mess this up this bad? So now I must take another day off work for Bob's to send another delivery. I was also told there was nothing they could do about the delivery fee. Will never deal with Bob's furniture again.
