Bodies Health & Fitness is a one stop shop for personal training, sports performance training, nutrition counseling, chiropractic care, massage therapy, race services, and more! Our facility also has a basketball / volleyball court, batting cages, field turf, a full gym, and cardio access. Our mission is to get the community active and get our clients results! We have no memberships, contracts or big packages which allows us to truly tailor our services based on the clients needs, abilities and goals. Went to Bodies while on business travel and needing to get my strongwoman training in. Not only are the staff super friendly and helpful, the facility has a wonderful variety of implements, and tons of space for folks to train on their own even while classes are going on. There’s a great energy to the folks training in this space, and if I lived in the area I would be a member in a HEARTBEAT!

Bodies brought me on as an intern in June 2016. The atmosphere was incredible for learning, and it motivates me to get my personal training certification. All of the staff were helpful, fun, and kind above all.

I love the race series. Always well organized, the shirts and medals are cute (which is very important) and the fees are more than reasonable. I need to take the next step and have them help me prepare for my first marathon.

My wife and I started working out with Brad & Jen 6 months ago. We are extremely pleased with the results we got and they made us feel like part of the family! We lost a combined 80lbs. in just the first 4 months. Jen was very knowledgeable in educating us about nutrition, and Brad kept us motivated and encouraged along the way. We feel great and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking to improve their life.
