TFW Kansas City is a holistic approach to strength and conditioning training. We encompass detailed warm ups, speed training, agility training, weight training, nutritional tips and we make it fun! TFW is more than a gym, it's a home! My family has been in the warrior family for almost a year and we absolutely love it. They are motivating, full of great nutritional info, and the workouts are great! The trainers teach you how to do everything and really care about your success. We have been a part of multiple gyms and this is the best. Our only regret is that we didn't join sooner!

This is absolutely the BEST gym I have ever been a member of. I have been a member at 24 Hour Fitness, Aspen Fitness, Gold's Gym, and Title Boxing. Never at those places did I truly achieve my fitness goals or feel welcome. Training for Warriors is family, everybody looks out for one other and we cheer each other on. The cost is goin to be more than your normal gym but when you consider everything you get you end up saving so much money. The small group classes are led by a trainer who not only tells you all the exercises you will be doing but makes sure you do them with proper form, they will help you modify for an injury, and will give you nutritional tips, and so much more. But I have went on long enough. Bottom line is come try it out I promise you won't regret it.

We (my husband and I) have been students for almost two years. We love the facility, the trainers, and the methods behind the workouts! The trainer-led classes helps eliminate that "hmmm what should I do now..." way of thinking when you go to the gym alone. The online tracker helps keep track of what workouts you've done, as well as your PRs. You're always striving for greatness and improvement!

I would highly recommend TFW in Lee's Summit.  Mollie and her team are dedicated to helping every individual who walk through the door to improve.  TFW is a better experience than what you'll get by joining a traditional gym.  Every class has a trainer and the workouts are planned and designed to produce real results.  If you have a physical limitation the workouts can be modified.  TFW is a GREAT place for all levels of fitness and I would encourage anyone who is interested to stop by and try a class!
