God has blessed us with a very unique niche...being able to INDIVIDUALLY help people of all ages and size. I have been going to this gym for over 2 years and I love everything about it. It has all the equipment I need for every work out, no matter if I am working out for fun or getting ready for a show. IT has 24 hour access which is perfect for my busy schedule. Bobby and his team is very knowledgeable and always available for questions. Cindy is very helpful and friendly when it comes to nutrition. The atmosphere is friendly and everyone who goes there is nice. This gym is kept very clean which I also love.

Awfull management and the owners are really childish and unprofessional. I was told i was gonna pay 25$ and was charged 20 more. Also was charged for child care twice a month and refused to give it back. The wifes owner is always behind every bodys back judging you. Found out i was being judge by her for being over weight. Do not recommend this place at all. If i could give 0 stars i would.

I’ve been a member to three different gyms in Lees Summit, this is by far my favorite. I joined because of location but would still rate it best in the area. After joining I learned Bobby (the owner) trained a client of mine a few years ago who had a bucket list goal to do a fitness competition. She lost 50 lbs and achieved her goal & credits what she learned from him to help manage her weight since. My fitness goals are much lower lol but like her I’m a working mom & that was good to hear. I was looking for sessions for me and my 8 yr old son. He didn’t want to do baseball this year & I thought it would be fun to do together. Normally gyms don’t let kids workout which is understandable from a business standpoint, so I appreciated them accommodating my request. Bobby & his trainers are patient w/him and make fitness fun. It’s been a good experience and he’s learned healthy habits from experts that I feel will help him succeed in future self care. The members have different fitness levels and the staff encourages & motivates everyone equally. His wife has created helpful recipes and though Bobby is a bit of a local fitness legend, he’s down to earth and humble. To me that speaks highly of his passion to share his experience in a positive way for others! I own a consumer service business and understand well there will be times someone is unhappy about something and often without giving an owner the benefit of a conversation. My experience here is if you have a valid concern he will listen thoughtfully listen and address it. The best is the family feel of the gym. It’s not big & corporate, yet not small or cramped. It’s clean, equipment is new and easy to use, trainers friendly  & professional, and the prices are VERY reasonable. The recent expansion reflects growth so others must feel the same.

Have been a member of many gyms over the last 4o years, this is the best gym I have been a member of.  Very clean, very good equipment, great assortment of free weights. Friendly and helpful staff.  Great Membership price. 24/7 gym, its the best.

Super clean gym with amazing people. Not intimidating or scary like some gyms. Love the new equipment and excited to start my personal training there after being a member for a little over 3 months ☺️
