This facility is kept clean in all areas. The staff at this location does a great job at making sure there are no weights or workout equipment scattered on the floor. The men's locker room and restroom is kept clean and smelling fresh. The staff also greets you with a smile as you enter. Also wishes you a good evening when you leave the facility. I go here around 7 or 8 PM and they do an awesome job.

Everyone that works there is so friendly hands down!! The LS location is kept super clean. The environment is great and yes, no one is judging you there! It is truly a judgement free zone! The perks of a black card member are amazing! To have a "massage -  a hydro massage" after a workout is priceless! I love it at Planet Fitness! Thank you all!

Its a very clean building. The equipment is always working. The staff are knowledgeable and help me when I can't figure out how the lockers work. The machines are fairly self-explanatory. The early morning staff is very friendly. Generally, they are the first people I talk to in the morning and they smile at my stupid jokes, which is nice. I definitely think the  routine that Jordan gave me is working for my goals.

I was charged twice for my yearly fee. Once for $42.74 & the following day for $52.74. I have been to the place of business twice now & a manager is never free to talk. I’ve called several times & nothing. I’ve left my info 3 times & nothing. Then they want me to come back at their convenience that works around their schedule because it has to be done in person. It’s so easy for them to take the money but not get it back to you when they are in the wrong.

I love the new exercise equipment and the space easy to move around and get a great workout. Plus the staff is super friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up.
