I love that there is a variety of people working out, some just getting started, some who have been in it for some time. I also enjoy that the coach’s are very motivating. Personally I love that it’s not the same workout each time and there is stations/ intervals. If you need to rest, you rest but ultimately it’s what you put in is what you get from it. The heart monitor is a nice touch because you can see your progress throughout the workout. Overall best workout I’ve gotten in years with a coach that is actually able to monitor you and everyone and make sure you're not hurting yourself doing specific exercises. Definitely recommend!

The classes are great! However, the system sucks in regards to being able to sign up. I paid high dollar and was unable to get into the classes I needed. I signed up 4 months in advance . I tried to cancel because I paid for three weeks of classes without refund because all classes were full. So DO NOT sign a contract. You will never get into a class. I will continue to go when it allows me. Concept is awesome..but they steal your cash

I absolutely love Orange Theory Lee’s Summit.  I went from never working out to getting up at 4:30 am to make it to the 5am class.  The coaches are great and they push you and motivate you during the entire workout.  My endurance as improved I’m now running on the treadmills for my all outs.  I’m excited about this fitness journey.

"Albert, Spencer and Roger are amazing coaches! They keep you motivated and the energy HIGH! I also love the music that keeps me going through my “all outs.” I’m sore everyday and keep coming back for punishment. The front staff is also super awesome and always very helpful!​"

No matter what mood you come in with, you leave feeling refreshed, stronger and more energized. The instructors have a subtle way of pushing you to work harder and push your limits without feeling bullied. Best workouts I’ve ever had!​
