Stayed here for one night in an RV. This location is very remote which was great for what we were looking for. It had a beautiful natural atmosphere. We checked in late in the night and the Site Host came out to greet us and assist. He was very helpful. I would recommend this location if you are looking to get out into nature!

I absolutely love it here! The rangers are respectful and informative especially Max. He is the Ranger Supervisor for Bottomless Lakes State Park. The entire park and facilities are well kept. A year pass is $40.00. If you continue down the main road you will come up on several more small watering holes. The cliffside comes up on all sides. It's definitely a place to let go of worries and stress. Will recommend!! 👍👍💕💌

Tha campground in general is not bad. We're satisfied with the location, set up/lay out and views. They have a bike trail and short walking path that shares info as it winds through the marsh. The bathrooms could be good, but there is something to be desired. A can of Ajax, some hot water and some elbow grease would go a LONG way! No part of the bathroom is cleaned to my satisfaction. Don't misunderstand me. I'm not a prim and proper kind of guy, having grown up in the woods of South Carolina, raising animals. It's not SOO bad that I didn't or couldn't use their facilities. I did. But even the trash cans seemed to remain full for days before being taken out.

Neat park! The geology and wildlife, including a wetland is crazy. Great interpretive signs and little walks. Can see how summer season would be really fun lakeside. Water is really clear. Camping for RVs have electric and water, 6 sites with sewer hook-ups too. Better check/get reservations if it's holidays or busy season.

WiFi is good during the week days. Quiet open sites. Would prefer people not have Christmas lights in February so we could enjoy the stars and blue moon eclipse.
