This dealer is good choice when you need to buy a new car. They are very friendly and complaisant. Special thanks to the lady who is doing paperwork. I believe her name is Jasmine. She’s very, very nice! However, when you bought a car and left the dealer, you no longer exist for them. I bought the car from this dealer, and for some reason they did not have second key ($300 value) from my car. I scheduled an appointment on the next day. I drove 55 mils to get there, however the seller simply forgot about me. I left dealership without the key. He promised me to send it by mail, but this did not happen. I called there several times and talked to different people. They promised me to call back. Of course, no one called me back. So, it's been four months, and I'm still trying to get what I paid for. Very frustrating.

Tired of paying outrageous prices for mechanics, techs, & managers with no knowledge!! I only go here for my oil changes, every time I go in they try to say there’s a new problem and when I asked them for details they never give a specific answer or explain anything, just tell you how much it is and how you should get it done as soon as possible... For example they could not tell me where in oil leak was coming from, just advised me there was one and how much it was and if I wanted them to fix it...when I just had one fixed by them but they “couldn’t find the information in the system”. They also suggested I get my transmission fluid changed a few months ago, I didn’t have the money at the time so was going to wait until the next time, but it’s so funny because now they’re not recommending it and saying that there is no problem with the transmission fluid. Even though I have both Customer Reports showing the conflicting information!! Definitely don’t trust them.I was also laughed at for my questions like I’m stupid and I’m assuming it’s because I’m a female! The advisor also seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. Who wouldn’t ask when your trying to charge outrageous prices! Confronted the manager and he pretty much just blew everything off. I’m very disappointed in the service and it seems to get worse every time. Won’t be using them or recommending them to anyone!!

I have had the opportunity to work with auto-dealers on two recent occasions for the purchase of my vehicle and then my mother-in-law's vehicle, both at two different dealerships, all within the last year and a half, before coming to Jenkins Nissan for the purchase of a truck for my husband. Danny Harrington answered all of my emails promptly and gave me the details I wanted to know. He made it worth the drive to Lakeland. Camille was also very good with closing the deal and she continued to give outstanding service even after the sale! I have always been very skeptical of auto dealers, particularly the finance department. I don't have any problems haggling and in fact, quite enjoy it. But I hate it when someone in finance assumes that all buyers are idiots. I'm very good at math, have an advanced degree and don't have much patience or respect for any auto finance department that attempts to pull the wool over a purchaser's eyes and continues to be pushy about it. This was NOT the case with Jenkins Nissan. Even the finance department remained professional and courteous through my preconceived skepticism and made sure we were happy! Jenkins Nissan had the best price for our new 2017 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab, everyone was very professional, courteous and proved that they were eager to make a deal. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Quick service, knowledgeable staff when it comes to working on your car in the service department. Will in work with you and cut deals.when they don't think that they did the service up to the proper standards. Love to bring my car here for maintenance. Must call ahead for appointment.

WOW! James Dodds was extremely warm, friendly and professional. Such a sweet soul. He was so helpful in the process I have been telling everyone I know about the experience at Jenkins Nissan and how professional the entire staff were. James drove to pick me up and what a great experience it was I felt right at home and at ease. I never dreamt buying a car would be so stress free.. Scott was a gem...I honestly have not met such sweet, caring and kind people in any business I have been in. The General Manager Keith is very professional, down to earth and has a huge heart. He made sure I was 100% satisfied.. I'm happy with my choice. I Love my Honda Civic..Clean and comfy...no car problems.. The only thing I do is oil change when it's due. I give a 10/10 score 100% satisfaction with the whole experience. Thanks a million James and Scott!
