Paula was excellent and extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect spacious vehicle in our price range for our growing family! She was patient with us and stayed by our side during the entire process. The sales manager, Dick, helped to keep my toddler occupied and laughing. He was extremely friendly, made sure we were comfortable the entire time and asked us if we needed refreshments many times. We overall had a wonderful experience at The Florida Auto Exchange and are 100% happy with our purchase! Thank you Paula & Dick for an amazing car buying experience!

Wow, 5 stars? You may ask that question. But if I can get my driver license reinstated, uber to Fl. Auto Exchange with only a few hundred ,a credit sore not worth identity theft, and drive off that day In a car, then you would rate 5 stars too. Go see Jason . The salesman was very nice although he avoided answering some of my questions. When he brought in a manager to negotiate the price and payments the entire experience went down hill. The manager was extremely high pressured toward me making a decision right at that time. He kept making statements like "open your wallet" or "if you don't sign now the price goes up"  
I gave 2 stars because the original salesman was very nice and understanding as to my situation. However I do not recommend anyone going there to purchase a vehicle.

The absolute worst car purchasing experience ever! I went in with no down payment and made that very clear. I told them that I was just looking at the moment to get an idea of what I needed beforehand and I only have a trade in at the moment. I made it very clear twice that I don't have perfect credit and if they needed a down payment, then I would have to save up for a while and come back. They said no worries, they would take the trade in as a down payment. I was not expecting to go home in a car but we left with one under the impression that the trade in was enough and that they clearly understood everything I said. Two days later, I go in to finalize the papers and they need a $1,000 down payment. The finance lady (not sure of her name since she didn't even introduce herself) came over and was clearly pissed when I said I didn't have $1,000. She started to make us feel extremely uncomfortable and began asking belittling questions like do you even have 20 dollars to put down? I was not prepared to put anything down because I asked two days earlier and was honest and upfront about my situation. I was told completely differently. After she unprofessionally approached us like that and they completely lied to my face, I was done! I said I don't even want your car anymore, just give me my trade in back and cancel the deal. After saying this, she then tries to save the sale by asking us to ask family or dip into savings for a down payment. I was already so upset with the whole situation and how they treated me, I of course said no! Please just give me my trade in back and cancel everything. Obviously this pissed her off more, so she begins to berate me and tells me next time I need to "sleep on it before I try to make a major financial decision like this again". How rude! We went home immediately and got their car to take back to them. When I got back, they tried to sell me a different car that they thought I could "afford" as I was demanding my trade in back. I wouldn't even look at the other car because this place is such a scam and has horrible customer service!  Buyer beware and read the reviews before you go. I lucked out by getting out of the deal last minute and thank God for protecting me from the horror of continuing business with them.
