I found a truck for sale on their used car website for a family member. Told them to go see the vehicle and see if they liked it because it was a good deal. Not only was she treated terribly by the sales person Valentin. She was lied to and sales person used hard sales tactics. Ran her credit didn’t tell her the amount approved, interest rate, or term just monthly payments. Since I have done vehicle loans in the past I know they were providing misinformation and I will be reporting them to the State Commissioner. Next time you tell someone you can’t expect to much. You’re absolutely right Valentin especially not from a dealership like yours. I found her another dealership and sales person who is honest and knows how to take of their clients. I would suggest if you are a person who is looking to do business with this dealership to look elsewhere.

Very well mannered employee. I know I can be a hard person to deal with because I’m very specific. This young lady made me feel wanted. She took the time out of her busy day to make sure I got the 2016 fully loaded Silverado that I’ve been dreaming about... the sales manager John w. Very down to earth and just a pleasant person to speak with.. 5 star all around!!!

Although they did not have the vehicle I wanted, on a Saturday, our sales guy Matt was very accommodating and nice to talk to. I knew exactly what I wanted & he offered to show me everything they had similar to that but not once try to pressure me into anything just to make a sale. I would definitely go back and ask for Matt based on his customer service and the level of ease I felt within 5 minutes of talking to him after walking in expecting another bad "dealership experience".

We were needing a vehicle for the wife and went in to look at 3 vehicles for sale on their used section of the website. Sadly 1 of them was already sold, the other was currently being looked at by another person and the third one wasn't what the wife wanted. While waiting for a chance to look at the one the other customer was looking at, our salesman suggested another possible one they just got in. He had a hard time looking for it, and asked if we wanted to help, more eyes to spot it. We found a 4th option as well they had just got in, that had not even been fully inspected yet. Our salesman said to give him a day to get it looked into and he called us back saying it fell into our budget. He went out of his way to help get everything in order and tell me what he needed from us. So at the end of the week all we had to do was sign the papers. Alan Thompson (Salesman) and Brooke Woodard (Credit) are the two people we thank for this. Thank you to both of you. We now own a 2013 Chevy Equinox LS, Dark Metallic Blue, just like the wife had hoped for.

The staff are nice and do listen to what you want in a vehicle. They dont not take your keys and keep them like some dealerships. If you say no to a specific vehicle they do not mind. I drove 3 different vehicles and they were fine with it. They do try to work with your pricing and make a deal. They can be a little pushy to get you to buy but nothing like any other dealership. I decided not to buy they asked if their was anything they could do. I advised no I wanted to check around first and they said ok. Very pleasant.
