I posted a positive comment a few months back when I got the car. But man. I regret getting a car here. DO NOT GET A CAR HERE. They will talk down to you. The management is racist against African Americans and Hispanics. They will rip you off.. if you are having car issues they will try everything to not pay it. YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF GOINH SOMEWHERE ELSE. TRUST ME. worst mistake ever. Save yourself the money and headach.

Visited the location, had a horrible experience, came online to post review and not at all surprised to see a 2 star rating! We were told over the phone we would be approved for a car after we told them all of our information and specifics. We stressed this due to the fact we had to drive 3 hours to get there. Once there, we spoke with a salesman and were denied for a vehicle almost instantly. Amongst calling them out that they mislead us over the phone, the absolutely rude manager butted into the conversation and starting insulting us as customers. Proceeded to tell us there location and staff is perfect and nobody messed up. Went on to say we don't know what we're doing and we're too poor to afford anything, (in reality I could probably purchase their location.) We went on to another dealership and took our business elsewhere. Needless to say, will never be returning to any of these locations. Please go in if you love to be talked down to, given attitude and horrible service!

If i had the ability to choose a zero stars i would. This place will rip you off go somewhere else. They are dishonest and are criminals. The management will talk down to you, he is racists. My girlfriend had mechanical problems ever since she got her car. They lied about the battery, the engine, and the a.c. we dropped the car of for them to look at it because it was over heating. They called us back and first told us it was a leak in a pipe or whatever so it'll cost 200. We agree, the a few hours later they called us back and claimed. That there was water in the pinstons. Where didn't make since but we agreed any way and they then informed us that it'll be 800. I went to get my carsit from the car and the manager gave me attitude about the var and denied me to get my carsit for my daughter out the car. Like this place is something else. So then 2 days later we called to get a status on the car. And they claimed WE BLOWN the head gascit. Hahah how when the car was in there position. So we told them we will tow the car to a mechanic so he can look at it. And they denied it and wouldnt let us retrieve the car.DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. we will get a lawyer. Because something ain't right here.

They are awesome .Purchased my second car with them and everything went very smooth.Dave was awesome and if you're looking for a great car and cheap insurance I would definitely recommend you come here.Awesomeeeeeeeee.!!!!

Dave was AWESOME!! He was very helpful and thorough! I was there looking to trade in a vehicle that I purchased from them 2 years ago and while searching he was very helpful and honest and made sure I picked the right vehicle. Chuck did an amazing detail job and Luis, although we weren't sitting with him, was great. I will definitely be referring people here! I wish I could give them more than five stars. THANKS FOR MY NEW CHEVY!!!!!!
