What hotel doesn't have free wifi? This one. Minor inconvenience, but still. It's 2017 people. Beds are great as are most Westins. Friendly staff too.

The hotel was nice but it took them 2 days to fix our air conditioner and resulted with a small fan as a solution. I was ignored at the restaurant while others were being served and waited a ridiculous amount of time for an appetizer, I did not wait around for dinner.

This hotel is run by low life's that just simply hustle you for money the second you walk in the door. Last night they had the fire alarm going off every couple hours. My guess it's because I complained that the room service was rotten and I wouldn't allow them to fully gauge me for funds. This place is not 4 stars. I paid about 80 a night and I feel ripped off. I can't imagine how someone would feel if they paid full rate.

Nice hotel with a good location.   The staff are friendly.  The wifi is not free but it worked as expected.  Nice gym.
