We love bikes!

Story

Revolution Cycles is a small neighborhood bike shop located in East Madison's Atwood area. We work on all bikes and specialize in getting you on a great custom bike built with new or old parts. We reuse and recycle components and do what it takes to get you riding! Our space also doubles as a venue for music, art, and neighborhood events.

If you'd prefer a shop that will give you the time of day instead of trying to sell you something, if you want to support local business, if you want to have a laugh, good conversation, or even a beer/coffee, come over to the east side and give us a visit!

Great service!! i stopped in to ask if they could fix a flat and possibly get new tires (i am nescient about bikes) and was told can-do, i brought my bike in within the hour and was able to get helped out right there on the spot putting aside other projects for a second that they were working on. John i believe his name was, was very honest and informative and told me all i needed was a flat and would be wasting money on new tires (thanks again John for the honesty) I was then helped by Matt who did a supreme job! Matt was fast and very knowledgeable. I asked if i could watch and be taught how to put a new tube on and i really thank Matt for his time to teach me how to do it. It felt like it was more of doing a good job educating me than just getting money for labor. Thanks again John and Matt for being awesome. Would highly recommend!!

I have had my bikes serviced by revolution cycles several times. I've worked with Roger and John and they have both been very informative. They are also very patient which I appreciate . The pricing has been upfront and fair. It is a busy shop, but they get the work done when promised.

These guys are always very helpful when I come in and they really know their business. I'm proud to support this local Madison bike shop.

Revolution Cycles provides ok service. I love doing maintenance on my beater of a mountain bike. They have provided many of the parts I need for the bike without delay. However several of their staff seem to be dismissive of me as a valuable customer, possibly because I wasn't riding a fancy fat bike.

I've only had exceptional experiences here. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, while being friendly and open. The staff treats you like an old friend. They have lots of used parts for you to look through and come at a reasonable price.
