Colin gives a very generic bike fit and gets very nasty if you need modifications due to him not putting in the effort to make sure aerodynamics and power are balanced properly for optimal speed. I wasted a few hundred dollars and ended up with a much faster position by teaching myself how to do bike fits. He was very degrading as well, which seemed to be due his annoyance that I actually stuck to my original request to have the initial fit adjusted per our agreement when the fit took place. It doesn't let me reply to your comment but that sounds very convenient that I "disappeared" from your records when my bank statement clearly shows the charge of a bike fit. My review on Facebook is on there.

My R3 Cervelo needed a solid tune up, with shifting adjustment. New cables were installed, adjusters were installed and the shifting perfected as needed. There may not be a more intense mechanic in the business. Have had the bike out on training and one event since and it is as smooth as it should be. Sincere thanks for excellence in the work.

Another bike shop in town couldn't diagnose my creaking issue with my Titanium bike; that lasted three years. I took it into Cronometro and they diagnosed it within 2 minutes and had it fixed in under 2 hours. This is now my new goto bike shop in town. Thanks guys for everything!

Great bike store with focused on the needs of the rider. I've been going to Cronometro for 12 years and it is the bike store I'll go to for my bike and advice.
