I have nothing good to say about this place. I could deal with the unprofessional employees because not everyone likes there job from time to time but the poor quality of maintenance on the cars I personally think is unsafe. I received my retail on Sunday and the tire read low pressure the next day on my way to work. On my drive home on the highway the tire exploded. It wasn't until the next day when I went to turn the car back the next day and as I walked to the front desk the same employee was there with a smirk on his face almost like he expected me to be back. I explained to him the situation and that I need a new tire or a different car to get to work and he explained to me why I would be paying for the blown tire. It wasn't until then did I realize that this was not a good establishment. Three other people through the time I was in the retail store had come in with separate issues. I don't believe they are checking to see if their cars are up to standards and not only is it inconvenient, it's not safe. Good luck to anyone who goes here I sure won't be back.

Awful service unprofessional staff. The Nissan versa was an uncomfortable car for the road every bump was felt hard.

Pretty good place.  They didnt have tow dolly i reserved so they upgraded me to a tow trailer.

Best value for your money! Great customer service, always. I always rent from this Budget branch for  my frequent travels. My experience with other car rental places has been their cars bare to the minimum, but this company carries cars that most of the time are brand new and with nice accessories.
