Reps were kind and courteous, location was convenient, tidy, and festive. My job reserved a car that I had no say in. Was the worst driving experience of my life, and I've been driving for 25 years. Any speed above 50 miles an hour in the car jumped around on the road like a frog on a hot pan. I don't remember what the make or model was, just that it was a small four-door sedan. Other than I do not wish my worst enemy to drive such a thing.

Counter Reps we're very unhelpful and rude. I made a reservation online using my debit card and when I arrived they would not let me take the vehicle without a credit card. This policy was not clearly explained when I made my reservation. I understand that the reps had no say in that, but they did nothing to help me find a solution, I had to call the corporate office and was stuck at the airport for over 2 hours trying to get a car before being forced to take an Uber to my location which cost twice as much as the rental car. Absolutely terrible customer service and made my trip twice as expensive.

Everything about the rental process from reservation to the vehicle quality was easily 5 star. I just wish the company would reconsider their policy if connecting the two keys they give you together. Ridiculously heavy plus if you lose them then you have to pay for double the replacement fee. DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!

Made a reservation online where I was quoted $108 for a compact for two days. Since nothing changed on the reservation the desk boy gave me the keys and the receipt. He never mentioned until I got back that my total had reached to $221.91 credited against a surprise $496.67 deposit which the email, website, and desk boy left out.

When I tried to contact the Augusta GA airport Enterprise staff; the never answered. I see from the other comments that this is their norm; mislead and never answer phones.

So now I'm stuck trying to kill a $496.67 transaction on my debit card. They spoke out of both sides of their mouth. Deliberately misled me in how much I was supposed to pay and now they expect me to let them hang onto my money until such time as it is convenient for them to return it to me?

Asshats.

My experiene from the initial greeting at the counter was great! My only recommendation would be to have more vehicles with GPS readily available to meet the needs of customers.
