I don’t travel often, but I flew in late to Savannah for work and needed to pick up a rental car. It was nice to have a live person to talk to was extremely pleasant, professional and  knowledgeable. They were low on cars, being the end of the day, but she was able to locate a car perfect for me.  Drop off was equally as easy. I would definitely use National again.

Rented an SUV in Savannah for a week. On the day we were leaving all flights were cancelled due to icy weather. I found a flight home from Charlotte, called Alamo to see if I could drop off the rental in Charlotte. Got the OK with no problem. Made it to Charlotte just in time to get a flight out before the storm got there! Thanks Alamo!!

Worst customer service ever! 
The employee who was at the counter on December 26 at 8am (refused to give me his name), is a none educated man who apparently has never received training on good customer service. The vehicle I rented was disgustingly dirty inside and with a strong cigarette smell (it was suppose to be a non smoking car). When I asked him to change my car, he got upset, he told me he did not have any other car available, that the car was not dirty (without having seen it). He told me that he did not wash the cars and that if I did not like it he will return me the money. I told him it was unacceptable and that I need him to call the manager. After a few minutes on the phone he hangs up and starts writing on a piece of paper. I ask him what the manager told him and he replies badly that he was going to give me a car (first told me that there was none available). I ask him what his problem was and he does not even answer me. His attitude was rude and threatening. Never again Alamo!

They were extremely helpful! We had a rental with another company that didnt go as planned.. Enterprise was able to match and better the deal.. Thanks again!!

Crooks. I picked up a car from the airport for a one way rental recently. They informed me that there was no damage reported to the vehicle, which was a lie. The vehicle was under a shaded awning and none of the employees walked around the car with me to check out the car. I walked right by 3 employees that were just standing around and didn't acknowledge me or bother to help me find my car. While under the awning I didn't see any problems. I dropped the car off at another location and was informed that the car was previously damaged and repaired, but the damage was still visible. The repairs were not completed as listed and I was liable for the repairs. I will never rent from Enterprise again. I advise everyone to rent from any other rental agency at the Savannah airport because Enterprise employees here can not be trusted. The lack of customer service at this location was disgusting.
