They kept my money bc I  couldn't find my ID. I pre paid online and they wont give me a refund even though they wouldnt let me rent it. You have to cancel reservations within 24 hrs, but It wasnt 30 mins when i made my reservation. This place is a scam.

We rented a car with them through the Costco website... (we use Costco for the free additional driver feature and discount)  Price should have been 103 with all taxes and fees for four days with an economy car... Go pick up said car and find out our discount coupon was expired..  (Ummm we had no coupon it was just the rate your company agreed to use with Costco)  then was told we can't use two coupons. (again what freaking coupon are you talking about lady?)  so we got charged 130 for a Hyundai Accent for 4 days..  We asked the lady so had the "coupon" been valid we could have used two she then replied yes..  Ummm what..  So I just paid mid sized car prices for an economy car.  Get passed that and get to the car that she had for us..  Huge stains on the seats..  Looked like it hadn't even been cleaned from the last renter.  I was going to be in this car for a 9.5 hour drive...  I was very annoyed to say the least.  Once getting in the car I realized that one of the speakers was blown and it didn't even have cruise control...  (how crazy is that)..  My point to this is avoid them like the plague..  Rude,  unprofessional,  and their cars suck..  I will be using anyone but them from now on..

Worst customer service local and corporate of all rental cars! Tried to return car 15 minutes before Augusta, Georgia rental desk opened at airport. Agent would not give me receipt until it opened. Couldn't wait as plane was about to board, so agent said she would email my receipt. Did not receive receipt to I called Augusta and no one answered phone. Mail box was full. Tried calling again for the next three days. Same story. Tried to call Budget customer service. They were closed and have limited hours. Tried Budget web site to get receipt and input my confirmation number. Site could not produce receipt. Emailed customer service for receipt. They replied and gave me information to go to their web site for receipt. I've been running in circle and getting nowhere with Budget! How unprofessional! Lost me as a customer for good!

**DO NOT GO HERE THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVVER** We reserved a car over the phone before arriving. At the airport, she said that our credit was not available to get a car. We explained to her that we blocked our credit and all she needed to do was call the credit bureau so we can confirm our identity. She did not cooperate and refused to serve us, so we had to go home and bring our credit card to do the check. When we got back to the airport she told us that she only had a ten passenger van (which we knew was a lie because we parked across from the lot and saw they had SUVs, Vans, and a truck.) She rented our reserved car. We explained that we had a reservation, and asked what was the point of reserving if our car wasn't reserved. She said that the reservation was to get on a list. We asked what the list was for (we assumed it was to hold a car because the list was for reservations) and she did not respond. We left and called customer support to see if they can help us or at least get rid of her. They were useless and said there was nothing they could do to override her and that they were confused as to why she didn't help us. Ultimately we waisted about 2 1/2 hours at Budget. We tried the Enterprise but they were closed because while we were at Budget their hours ended. We eventually went to Avis and Hertz but they had nothing because Budget wasted so much of our time and everything was either booked up or closed.
