Will never rent from Budget again! After reserving a car online for my fiance, I noticed that the name on the card used has to match the name of the driver, so I called to see if they could change the reservation to his card. They said that I had to cancel the one I made, make a new one with his card, then call back and they would give me a full refund for the original reservation. When I called back, they told me they couldn't actually give a full refund, and would be keeping $50. Then my fiance had to extend his reservation, and they told him his total bill would be $500 and something.... What really happened was it was $500 and something just for the 4 additional days, which was double what the first 6 days cost!! They are crooked and will gauge all the money they can from you! Save your time and money, and don't deal with them!! If I could give zero stars I would!!

LOOK VERY HARD AT YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE COUNTER.

Arrived at the counter to pickup prepaid reservation, Customer Service Rep was constantly trying to upgrade me to a larger vehicle, add-on insurance and other features not asked for.  Received Rental agreement and noticed she added on XM Radio for a cost of $30/week.  Called 800 number and they told me the best they could do is credit back half even though I didn't ask for it or use it.  I guess it depends on the location, but this Budget location is awful.

I love to rent from Budget especially this location. Their hours are agreeable to my schedule, the selections and choices of cars is a plus and the staff is always friendly.

I selected one because there is not an option for zero or negative.  Never in my life have I been treated as poorly as the shift manager and the person at the counter treated me at approximately 10pm on 10/16/17.  Between the person at the counter assuming I could not pass a credit check to the shift lead (who was standing next to her) not even looking up to acknowledge my existence I am absolutely floored as to the level of absolute neglect of a customer.  I work in retail management and could absolutely not tolerate anyone treating a customer so poorly.  I have shown shoplifters in my store more respect than they showed me.  I would not rent from them again if they paid me to do so.  Highly dissappointed.

Really no complaints at all. The lady was straightforward and quick, we were at the desk for no more than 10 minutes, then the car was ready to go. Wasnt in the best condition but did the job for our trip. Would use again.
