I wish I could give a 0 to this location. I would never come back after my recent pickup yesterday!! This is the second time they gave me car thats never serviced correctly and I had to drive to other locations to get a better car. This is what happened with my rental car that I picked yesterday. The car will give the servicing warning right after I drove 150 miles and then I get the friction symbol on and I need to either drive below 40 mph or just maintain above 60mph to maintain or drive correctly. Friction doesn’t even stop after parking the car.  My previous incident the car break pads are way too bad and they failed. I clearly asked Marissa if the car is okay to drive for a long trip as I was planning for one after yesterdays rental. Wow Marissa car was serviced really great thanks for saying that I’m safe to drive in the car you gave me. I took an additional 2hrs to reach my destination coz of this bad serviced car.!! 
Thanks enterprise now I have a bad neck ache I need to seek a doctor and skip my work after my last drive with the enterprise rental car. After my first bad experience I never rented here but I came back trusting them but its the same way they give cars to customers!! Never ever trust these sedan rental cars if you plan for long trips.!!

Horrible took my security deposit and gave me a car with an expection sticker that was expiring the next day thank god i looked at it because they were going to be closed for the labor day hilliday smh. And the guy who helped me told me to call back if i had insurance to cover liability he didnt metion they were going to charge me for the days 2 days i didnt call. In thats case i would have called right back or called my insurance people in the office . I am pissed because i really didnt have 50.00 to keep of mine i only got the rental car because i someone hit my car and it was getting fixed next door.

If I can rate this Enterprise location a 0 I would.  Made a reservation a week in advance through my insurance provider.  I get to the location on Monday and no cars are available for rental.  The representative could have told me over the phone on Fri when I called to confirm the reservation. Marissa then told me she would call me later that afternoon, guess what no call.  At 5 pm I called to inquire about the cars availability and this time I got Eric.  He puts me on hold to go check availability. I get disconnected after a 10 min wait.  Do you think he called me back?  I tried calling back and the prerecorded message states they are not taking anymore calls at this branch.  One of the worst experiences I ever had and I am still trying to rent a car from this company.  I filled out a survey to inform my insurance provider I am thinking about dropping them if they continue to deal with this company. I can't imagine if I had to wait on this company to come pick me up from the body shop. I will probably still be waiting.

Our experience with Enterprise was very good. We received excellent customer service and a quality vehicle at an economical price. I highly recommend this location.

In my first 3 months in Richmond, I rented cars thrice from here. The fleet of cars here is just amazing and I haven't found such good and high-end cars at any other Enterprise in the US (yet!). Being a frequent enterprise customer over the last 3 years over various US locations, I was treated just that way by the staff, who deserve a special mention - Adam and John.  They are very affable and the best Enterprise employees I have interacted with. I will always go back here for my rental car needs because of their wonderful customer service.
