I see others have posted bad experience reviews, but my experience here as a Fast Break customer has always been excellent. The Fast Break process is easy with very short lines and short wait times. The non Fast Break process does seem to have very long lines with very long wait times though.

Sure ... glad to write a review of MY experience: The staff was slow and not really interested that I was there inquiring about the VW Jetta I had reserved. It was 12 noon, so sleep was not an issue to justify their lethargic attitude, yet I was not swayed: I was on vaca, yes!! Psyched to get on I-95 (or not) and get the CT before dark, I was ok with the Mazda car substitute ... until I sat in it and broke into HIVES due to the overly pungent oder/deep carpet smell of cigarette smoke (2nd hand!). Yuck. I immediately went to the counter and insisted on another as that car IS DISGUSTING! The reaction was shocking: the staff jumped up, grabbed a few different keys which matched/was comprable to the car I had reserved and they TOOK THE TIME TO CARE OF ME, THE CUSTOMER! We went through a few available cars, found one that didn't STInK like cigs, and I was 15 mins, behind schedule to head N. What a surprise! So as a SALES person, who understands the importance of the CUSTOMER (!!) and that they ARE ultimately always correct (me), they listened to me and comprehended my NEED, my DESIRE. Thank DOG!! I will recommend BUDGET to anyone over the lot ~ Peace and Cheers during this stressful time of year... to all. In closing, I lost my partner, the man of my life a year ago Nov 19. He did EVERYTHING for us as a team, yet knew I was/am ZENA, and am capable of everything. But as a southern man, a REAL man, he took the reins, knowing I'd be there, got his back if he needed anything, ever. WE got this! So for over about a year, I have been solo. Solo planning work trips, getting animals neutered, or tusks trimmed, fixing what I can hoping he'd be proud of my effort and resulting ackward debacle of a job, I was so pleased to have someone "jump" to help as I would have when Michael (rarely) asked for help. Thanks Budget! All I can add is: more training - your staff is willing (per my impression), just not led nor properly trained adequately in SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE. You guys need some free help up there in HQ? This Southern gal would be glad to give some probono assistance. Women rock ... have you not gotten the memo yet,? Being a FastBreak member has it's perks. I bypassed the downstairs counter and went straight to the counter at the parking garage. The attendant asked for my ID and gave me my paperwork and keys with no questions. I was given a Jeep Renegade and I loved it. I wasn't expecting that since I only requested a midsize car. The upgrade was definitely appreciated. The only issue was that I had reserved my vehicle for 12:00pm and returning it at 12:00pm two days later but I ended up picking up the vehicle at 4:30 and the paperwork didn't reflect the change in pickup and drop off times. But, the attendant didn't hesitate in making the correction and not charging me the extra 3hrs time.

worst experience ever!!!! charge me $30 for refueling when I NEVER ask for it. return the car on full as I always do and when I called customer service they wanted me to go online and print a gas receipt.
