After getting into a car accident on friday the 22nd because some girl rear ended me. After speaking with her insurance company and the manager at enterprise they both said the rental was covered all i was responsible for was the deposit and insurance, i dropped my car off at the auto body shop, had one of their enterprise employees pick me and my four month old up from the auto body shop to bring to enterprise. When i got there they emptied my things outta the vehicle they were going to give me. Told me id have to pay out of pocket for everything ( approx. $175.00)  all because insurance wasn't covering it. After i had spoken to this manager three times prior that day. Then at 5:33pm he declared they were closing and there was nothing he could do for me, that i could walk to wawa or somewhere else with an inside seating area and wait for a ride or call an uber. Mind you i have TWO car seats, Two bags (diaper bag and my purse) and my FOUR MONTH OLD. I cant be walking around somewhere i have no idea where i am with all of these things. The end resulted in me and my daughter left sitting in the parking lot in the heat with two car seats and two bags. Needless to say i will NEVER use them.
