We rented a car for a quick overnight trip on a week night to get us to Dulles airport from Richmond. Customer service was good; not great, certainly not bad. We reserved a car to be picked up at 10:30am but did not get there until 2:30pm and the car was still available (Budget policy states they hold cars for 7 hours after the reservation time; I was wary but they did keep it reserved). The first car we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke so we asked for another car. At first they said it was the only car available but we insisted and they gave us a different vehicle since they apparently did have another available. The second car was clean and worked well for what we needed.

Horrible customer service and communication. The service manager  lied about communicating where the SUV is to be dropped off. Very unprofessional, and I do not wish this needless misery on anyone.

Hello

I asked for an EZPASS toll device several times in booking this van
Paulette and Brian assured me it was in the car
After leaving only did I discover the pass they had only worked in Florida and toll by plate
I went thru 2-3 tolls thinking that the EZPASS worked
I rented this vehicle in Virginia at the address below  7923 broad street Richmond VA
I called Paulette immediately and she stated that because I asked the morning of it was my fault.  She was very rude and I don't understand how the timing of my request is my responsibility. If they said they didn't have an EZPASS I would be fine. However they promised me and didn't deliver
I usually use National/ Enterprise 
This was a first time using Budget and probably the last

I rented a car from here ,first the lady was rude  , it was so dirty  it had noticeable stains like it was never cleaned or wiped drown never again will I rent from this location.  Not once did she inspect or get the car cleaned . I rented from the one at Regency Sears Auto location a couple weeks ago, the lady that worked there was friendly and she washed the car off and cleaned it for me before I drove off.

The car was dirty for starters and then had the nerve to overcharge my card. I will never rent a car from them again!!!
