Great service at this location. They had my car waiting for me. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

Poor customer service. Car was not what I rented in car class and inside car dirty.  Will not rent from this location  anymore

Poorly maintained cars and HORRIBLE customer service. Manager SHAROD hung up on me when I called and then laughed at my traveling companion in person when we returned the car due to a safety and maintenance issue.

Nyeisha Springs is an excellent rep who always goes above and beyond for the customer. I will only rent from this location because of it!

Don't reserve online or with a debit card. Apparently, this means nothing to Hertz. Worst experience. Will never use again. It sucks I even had to give one star.
