I've been renting from Enterprise for a couple of years. But when I had my accident in January, Enterprise was there to help me through my process. I am still renting from Enterprise currently until I can purchase a new vehicle. Casey, the manager, was very helpful in directing me to Enterprise car sales. I am very satisfied with the service from Enterprise. ...But I also can't wait to stop paying this weekly fee! Lol ☺ Thank you for all of your help!!

I always deal with Enterprise, usually love the awesome customer service! They take care of any issues. THIS location however has given me the WORST customer service! I have rented through them multiple times thinking MAYBE they were just having a bad day....NOPE that is not the case. Every car I have driven off of this lot has had issues. So to take care of the issues the give me a “three day free rental” I have called to use it twice and still haven’t succeeded! I completely give up on this place! The first time they had no cars available, understandable. The second time I had a really rude person answer the phone and give me a hard time about the “three day free rental” then tells me they will only do a compact car knowing that I have a full-size car. Knowing that I can’t comfortably fit our family (my daughter and my husband are both over 6 feet tall) in a compact car! (Obviously if we were comfortable in a compact car we would have bought one!) Then tell me he will give me a discounted rate on a full-size car for 19.99 a day plus tax?!? I can book a car online line for that!! So again no use on the free rental! I will NEVER use this location again! If I ever have to get a rental in the future it will NOT be from these people at this location!!!! Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous!

Michael- Thank you for trying but I have waisted enough of my time on this location! I will use Enterprise but never again use this location!

All staff I have encountered have been very friendly and personable. The process takes very little time which I like. They get an A+ for customer service. My only complaint is that the windows inside are never cleaned. The film makes seeing difficult and dangerous, especially when you are driving with the sun in your face. I usually have to clean them myself. The last time, I requested they clean them and the desk representative willingly did so. Maybe they need to hire additional help to assist with the cleaning of the cars. A quick rinse with the water hose is not getting it. I have rented from this location for several years for work purposes.

Enterprise on Laburnum always provides superior customer service. They truly know what it means to be professional and ensure a great experience for their customers. If you have a rental always choose Laburnum!

I used to enjoy renting from enterprise. Now its to much of a hassle with the paperwork every30 days, cars don't be clean anymore something always sticky handprints on the inside of the windshield and prices went up. I don't understand what happened to them.
