First time renting a car in over 18 years. A co-worker backed into my car resulting in her insurance company providing me with a rental car. Never rented a car from Enterprise before but thought the company was pretty reputable. When I got the car it smelled awful! Initially  I thought it was wet carpeting possibly. The smell died down after a few days without running the air. I had the car a few days before I got the call that my car was ready. I took all my stuff out of the rental car and discovered cigarette butts (several) under the driver seat, Pepsi bottles... stuff that clearly was not mine. I mentioned it to the manager when I dropped off the car. He was nice, tried to make it right and gave me two days of free rental usage but I’ll never rent a car from them again. I gave them two stars one for the managers willingness to resolve the issue and another for having a car available so quickly though it wasn’t clean.

I was brought in to this enterprise Monday after dropping my car off at the collision center so that I could get a rental car while it was being repaired.  During the 30 or so minutes that I was in the enterprise office, the phone rang off the hook behind the desk the entire time, no kidding.  The two enterprise customer reps (yes, only 2 were there) both laughed about the fact that the phone was ringing off the hook.  

Well today I have to now call them since my rental expires today and my car isn't ready yet at the collision center.  I tried calling the main enterprise number and they said only the local office can extend the rental and I need to call the local office.  Well I'm sure you can guess what happened.  I called twice, waiting for someone to pick up both times and within 5 minutes I was transferred to what sounded like a fax machine.  This put such a bad taste in my mouth.  These folks working on 3/12 around 3:-3:27pm need to be retrained.  How could you sit there in front of other customers and let the phone ring off the hook for 30 minutes and then laugh about it hysterically to us.  Because when we need to call you, it makes us even that more angry that you are doing the same thing.

Get them trained or get them out.

This location has amazing customer service! This team is professional and greets you with a smile. In this day and age it is refreshing to see a corporate entity that’s still focused on the customer experience. I will definitely rent from this team again!

This location was most convenient for me and the staff is very polite...but they tend to have a crappy fleet when I need a rental. I make rentals through my company and with those rentals I receive a free upgrade when paying for an intermediate vehicle. Yet everytime I rent they never have the upgrade available. They always have just given it away to the customer before me. The whole point of using Enterprise is to have the option to choose...but that isn't the case at this location. 
I will also say that the car I rented smelled of smoke, only had 3/4 tank of gas, was small (Nissan Sentra; I'm 6'2"), and was poorly cleaned. I understand this a rental, but I expect a certain level of comfort and cleanliness.

I use this location often for work. The employees are the best! They all go above and beyond to give every customer the best service possible. I know that I'm always in good hands here!
