This is not an in-terminal location of the regional airport. You need to call any taxi company to reach this location if you traveled by air. For no reason, it wrongly appears on travel reservation sites as in-terminal.  Also, they seem to close early despite a valid online reservation after they close. Moreover, there are four in-terminal car rental companies at ABI: Hertz, National, Enterprise, and Avis.

I can’t remember the young lady name that helped me with returning my rental but she was great. I called ahead to inform her that I was trying to fly out earlier and would need to get back to the terminal ASAP. When I got there everything was very fast we close out the rental less than 10 mins. With me arriving to the airport in time to catch the flight to Dallas leaving within the next hour.

They had a great Dodge Charger for me at short notice and drove me to and from my car.  They were very nice and the most reasonably priced!  I even had free XM radio which the competition requires a fee of $5/day.  I couldn't have been happier.  They also have a cute little dog that greets you at the door:)

I must say, previous reviews had me a little apprehensive but I chose to see for myself.  Was in town visiting family and needed a car. They were the cheapest so I got a ride to the airport to get the rental. I walked in, no budget.. odd because it said abi budget..Looked at my phone again to make sure I didn't read it wrong and found they were a few miles away, no biggie. Walked in and was greated warmly and the man at the desk promptly started working on my car rental. Not only that but his associate helped assist to speed up the process. Got a beautiful charger and couldn't be happier, 100$ under the competition. It had a few scrapes and whatnot, but it's a rental! For the price it was well worth it. Will deliver me and my family to the airport and even hold the car seat I borrowed at the shop until a family member retrieves it the next day, now that's service!

Only two issues was it said airport, but if I had read the directions I would have known better, and there was no washer fluid.. bugs in Texas are big!
