Very weird experience.

No one was here when I got here at 8:00am, and three people were already waiting outside. (Later it turned out that one of employees was sick. So that’s okay.

The lady gave me the car that she drove in (Nissan Altima), the gas was half tank full.

She explained the car was pet free, however there was dog fur on the mat front and back.
The window was very dirty, and the washer liquid and wiper were not working well. (Either fluid or wipers may have been very old).

Break was squeaking really loud, suggesting the maintenance is not good.. yes  it was really loud I could hear it clearly even with my ac on with windows shut.

She was kind and the service was fast,
But it was the dirtiest rental car I have had in my life. (Returning took a while though)

It’s conveniently located, and one of the new rental car places, with comparably good pricing in town. 

however they really need to do better job keeping the car in shape...  or was it just my bad luck....

   The enterprise staff made the whole rental process a breeze! The day before my reservation time I called and confirmed my reservation and went first thing the next morning to pick it up. They were very thorough explaining the car and process. They didn't have a car the same size as mine so I got one that was a size up, was a 2017 Toyota Camry. It was very nice and clean. 
    When returning it, they did a quick inspection, verified that insurance was taking care of all of it and I was on my way less than 5 minutes after walking in the door. Overall I spent less than 10 minutes in the shop, including picking it up and dropping it off. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I definitely recommend them!
