Poor customer service. The older lady that I dealt with had no people skills.  I rented a car that had tire damage and when I reported it, I was charged for it.  They were eager to ripe me off. Never again. I have earned many people about renting from Budget.. I'm sticking with Hertz, they're more honest and friendly.

Very unfriendly staff.   I understand people have hard days but that's no excuse for not being helpful.  It was my first time renting a car so I had some questions, the lady that I talked to was not friendly or helpful.  I will stay clear of this company in the future and tell my family and friends about it too.

We rent every time we go out of town.  They are fabulous except this one time when we had a blow out coming back home. The customer service rep wanted me to give her a cross street or a building so she could find me and when that didn't work, she quoted me two to three hours before someone could come and get us.  That was not working with three kids and three hours until dusk. I just thank God for sending help to assist my husband in helping with the tight lug bolts.  

Otherwise, they are budget friendly.

I appreciated the ease of renting a car online, picking it up and being on my way quickly.  The staff was very courteous and accommodating to my needs.  The vehicle drove so smoothly.  The best part was the price.  I will definitely refer everyone I know to Budget.
