Worse customer service ever! The man made us jump through hoops and had a nasty attitude. I didn’t get his name so I called back later and the rep, who could’ve been him on the phone said he can’t give out “personal information.” Information readily available on their NAME TAGS. The other location got us out quickly with no fuss. Can’t help but think it was racial profiling. They deserve negative stars to be honest.

Everyone was very helpful. They accommodated me when I called that day to get a car. Free pick up and drop off from my hotel. Plus I got upgraded for no additional cost

Beware.To all others who may rent a car from here, take a photo of the vehicle you rent before you take it. Lack of training to the employees. I took the rented vehicle back with no damage and employee said I was all good to go after he looked it over. Then he turns around and files a damage report after i had already left. I will never go back.

Good luck if you have a problem with your rental!  I was between Decatur and Wichita Falls when an indicator LED failed. I spent an hour calling the 26th st. location 12 times (where I rented from, and spent $650) and got NO ANSWER!  I wound up spending 2 hours at an Enterprise in Wichita Falls ( nice folks ). 
When I turned my car in and told my story, the girl offered no apology or explanation. They even docked me $70 from my deposit because "the car smells like smoke" -- it smelled that way when I picked it up!
Do yourself a favor. Take your money and spend it at another location. These people seem more interested and chatting with one another than helping a customer.

My sales representative was very endearing, intentional conversationally and warm in attentiveness.  They were quick to help alter my plans and remedy the need to extend the lease throughout the weekend.
