Do not waste your time, money, energy or effort. The local office is more interested in playing around on their phones, screwing around in the office and playing with each other, or driving their own vehicles instead of renting them out. They have a history of hanging up on people instead of actually bothering to answer their phones and the worst attitude in the shop is actually the female assistant manager who couldn't be bothered to help find a solution or actually do her job. If your insurance tries to send you to this Enterprise location insist on anywhere else!! At this point a public bus would be more reliable and less problematic than their office.

Lived in Odessa 2016-2017 and worked as a Middle School teacher.  I traveled back and forth to Dallas to visit friends and relatives so needed to rent a vehicle.  This company advertises pick up at your location.  I rented a vehicle from this company 3 times, once during Christmas break, once spring break in March and in June.  They require a credit card and not a debit card.  I used my insurance, not theirs. They picked me up for the Christmas break rental, but not for the March rental.  I rented for a Saturday morning and called for a pickup.  They answered my call and put me on hold for over 10  minutes.  I ended up walking to the store from   the apartments I lived.  That was walking the length of Tanglewood Lane from the Music Mall as I could not get someone to take me there.  It took 45 minutes.  Since I called in and they could not pick me up due to the lack of employees, they took $50 off my bill.  Overall service was OK, not the best and dreaded renting a car there, but they seemed to be the only place in town that would pick up, hence the 3 stars.  The other two times of renting went error free, there were no problems.  They were always busy and there were different employees every time I went to rent, which made me think they could not keep good help.

Not to my surprise to read all these bad reviews about this Enterprise location. They make everything so complicated for people to rent their vehicles. And what's worse, that most people have to use them. This location seriously needs a new management that knows how to run an efficient business to provide better customer service for its customers.

I would hire someone to push me around in a little red wagon before ever doing business with Enterprise again. Insurance company set up the rental and they wanted proof of insurance, figure that one out. Go back to the house get that and then they wanted utility bills and copies of my paycheck stubs so they could run a credit and background check. When I questioned this the kid at the counter got VERY pissy and lectured me on Enterprise loaning me one of their “assets”. Throughout this interaction the manager stood there with the dull glazed look of a dairy cow. Too bad zero stars isn’t an option. For the sake of your own sanity do not do business with these people. Unfortunately this isn’t the only negative experience I have had with Enterprise. The last time they scammed me and my insurance company for phony damages a week after the rental was returned. No explanation but very quick to threaten legal action. Turns out the same scenario happened to the young lady at the insurance company.

Went there with a reservation and walked out with no car. They kept bitching about how they hd no vehicles and they still sent me there. Kept asking me for a check stub and a utility bill, I don’t work so We tried my husband’s and then they said the drivers license was different from the bill so it wasn’t gonna work. Never did they try to help us. Rude people who offer no explanation whatsover. Will be putting a complaint with corporate. Do not waste your time here unless you have you r whole life’s paperwork with you. Rented there before not going again.
