Had a small problem ,Jerica at the Bessemer store was great! Problems happen daily but it's how you handle it that matters! The only reason I will ever rent a car from enterprise is because of jerika The manager kicks ass!! What a pleasure she took care of me at one of the worst times for me my mother was having surgery ,I was already stressed out but she handled everything  ! Wow factor times 10  Bessemer kicks ass! The area manager was great as well! Very impressed!!!!!!Thanks Mike Suell

The Management handles problems well. I had an issue with an employee he step in and handled the situation in very Professional and Respectful way.

Every Enterprise I've been to had good customer service but the one on Academy Drive is awful the car wasn't ready and clean when I arrive then they had to give me another car with no tag then I had to wait again to get a car cleaned so we was late leaving out for our trip

They do a very quick look over the car with you when you are picking it up, but they try to point out stuff that you didn't do when you bring it back. The car I got was a Chevy Impala and that car was a piece of junk. No safety features, the seat was very uncomfortable and it got really crappy gas mileage. Remind me to get a luxury car on my next rental!
