Excellent central location. Prompt reliable service. Oh and when/if there is a problem, the management style and approach is full on customer first SOLUTION/ RESOLUTION based.  Rates are competitive if not better than expected.  Of course new,  clean vehicles. Do call in advance though to ensure the type  you want is available for your dates. This is a smaller branch, nothing like the mega airport operations.

Friendly staff, and great service to be picked up and dropped off anywhere in the city. Loved my upgrade. Only downside was that I didn't get my CDs back that I accidentally left in the car. The staff checked for them in the car when I called the day after drop-off. Strange when those things happen.

Have never had any issues.. been renting time to time since 3 years now.. although there is a weird policy where they need proofs if you decide to use your debit card but that would not count against this location. They were even understanding enough to upgrade me to a bigger SUV when we realized our camping gear would not fit in a mid size SUV. The cars they have are always cleaned up well and they even go ahead and clean it some more if u spot something. Also great is the street parking when u take your personal car to the location.. they do not let you park on their premises.

Friendly with a can-do attitude. Excellent customer service and a great selection of cars. I've been renting from them for about 4 years. They rock.
