The car selection was good, great accessibility, but overall, I don't like how Enterprise trains its employees to lead customers to purchase insurance. They don't ask "do you need coverage"? They ask "do you want basic or premium coverage"? I was in a hurry, and overall, my fault for not listening closely, but it is misleading. Will use again, but be careful in my interactions.

Without question - 5 stars!  I love renting here and choose it over several closer offices.  I was lucky enough to be sent here on one of my rentals
and it has been my chosen one ever since.  The staff is the absolute best.  Both managers are always helpful, cheerful and cooperative while
being top professionals.  Both are assets to Enterprise.  It is a pleasure to have such wonderful customer service by a rental agency.

I would avoid going to this location and instead go to a full-service location where you can see the lot. The manager seems pretty incompetent at what he does. I booked months in advance for a full-size car but instead was given a Kia Soul. I'm aware that rental companies like to "bump up" the actual size of their rentals, but a Kia Soul is a 'sub-compact' according to Kia, so calling it a 'full-size' is a joke (it has the same engine size as my motorcycle). The manager marked down no damage to the vehicle, but I documented about 6-8 places on the car where there was damage, even though the car only had 8k miles. The manager however did a phenomenal job trying to sell me on their corporate accounts, even though I told him my company was small and had no interest. All in all Enterprise corporate ended up calling me and downgrading my car rental to the correct size, but I definitely will not be returning to this branch unless they undergo some major management changes.

The whole process of renting a car has become quite efficient and easy.  There were no surprises at the rental desk, and I was on my way in a matter of 5 minutes.  Even when one tire went flat during my rental period, another Enterprise office exchanged the car with minimal delay.  Turning in the car is equally efficient.  They have a great system in place, especially when you are a "member" and make an advanced reservation.
