We rented from the Oak Hill location. The process was fast & easy. The man who handled my pick up & drop off was super friendly and efficient. And we saved a few bucks by prepaying. Great experience!

i felt the car booking with Budget is quick and easy one. The usability of the website is comfortable and easy to understand by anyone. The car that i received was in very good condition and the support staff are very much helpful if you ask any information or about the service requested.The rental prices are cheaper when compared to other rental players.

Reserving online is a breeze.  The Oak Hill personnel are helpful, friendly, and efficient.  They are very helpful if I don't understand something about the car.  Picking up and returning the car always goes well.  I would not rent anywhere else.

Curtis and Tim always take care of us and we rent often.  They work with us to get us the size vehicle we need at the time and exceed our initial expectations.  In the past, we have rented a vehicle that wouldn't quite hold all of our luggage, etc., and they immediately offered an affordable upgrade to accommodate our needs.

Going through Costco to get this car saved us a lot of money--specifically not having to pay for 2nd driver.  Then  when we came to pick up car, we were given an upgrade for same price, which was very nice. Having a new car to make a long trip was great, as I didn't have to worry about any automotive problems except the steering wheel locking up and not knowing how to fix that. If the manual had been in the car, we wouldn't have had to call; however Eric was kind on the phone. He also explained at a different time why the maintenance light came on. He suggested I pay for an extra day in advance without extra pay which I needed.  It was a good experience!
