We called ahead saying what time that we would be arriving.  When we got there, there was no car available.  After 20 minutes, they gave us two options for an upgraded car.  After standing out in the sun for 10 minutes, I noticed that neither car had a valid inspection/registration sticker.  One had a Florida tag and the other was an out of state also.  We're in Texas.  The salesperson said that if we got stopped, just tell them that it's a rent car from Enterprise.  (Uh, no, cops don't go for that)
We then waited an additional 20 minutes to get a Jeep Cherokee to use for the three days that we needed.  The return went VERY WELL.  The salesperson had us in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Thanks for your assistance, George and oops I forgot the young man who helped me when I returned the car on the 12th but George knows.  They were both friendly, helpful and most of all professional.  They cared about the customers to make sure that they were treated with respect.  Everyone in there were so friendly and helpful.  I appreciated the way I was taken care of it made my trip all the better.  Thanks to all of you.

The team at this location is stellar! The service is on point, I've had to rent two cars in the past several months at this location while my car was being worked on and I didn't have to wait to be helped. Lindsay called me quickly upon receipt of the reservation to make arrangements with me to pick up a rental at my convenience. They had similar car models available both times. I got a clean, brand new 2017 Mazda 3 to drive for 3 weeks. When I picked up the rental, at least 3 employees knew of the body shop I was going to use and they gave me peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands while it was being worked on. When I returned the rental, Lindsay was quick to check me out at the end of a long day and then drove me to the body shop. Her day had started really early and at the end of the day, she was cheerful and friendly, professional and courteous, and in bad traffic, got me to my destination safely. The insurance company I was dealing with had horrible customer service and there were delays at every turn but Enterprise didn't give me grief at checkout even though they had to wait for adjuster approval. And a manager just called me this morning to follow up and let me know insurance issues were cleared and all was taken care of. I didn't ask them to follow up, but they did and in the service industry, we all know follow through is a key factor in service levels. I'll keep using this location in South Austin, even though I live on the complete opposite side of town near Anderson Mill. This location has won me over! Management has a great team at this location and should be proud!

Everyone was very friendly but the place seems extremely busy.  The car they checked out to me had no gas or windshield wiper fluid.  They told me it was on empty when I took it.  However, it seems like they could have put some gas in it to make sure I made it to a gas station.  The person who handled it was new and there was some confusion as to what car I had taken.  We all have our first days, so I understand.

I couldn't ask for a better experience from this group at Enterprise -- all were helpful, courteous, friendly!!  There should be more people like them in our world today!!!  I will definitely do business with this Enterprise location again!!
