I have used this location several times with great success. The folks are always willing to come pick me up, they have upgraded me several times with no upcharge, and they are always FRIENDLY!

"Car with peeling paint or car that smells like mold. Only two we have pick one." No really. No other Hertz had a replacement car in under a 60 mile radius. Office was in shambles with workers scraping paint and painting in front of the office staff and employees. No windows open as it was a strip center. I felt so sorry for the Hertz employee. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Quick in and out. They had plenty of vehicles to choose from. I had a short window to be picked up and they jumped into action right away.

Had to call 1 day in advance for a pickup and the person never shows up! Stuck here and their phone lines are busy for more than an hour - unable to get through! Poor customer service and disappointing experience.

On September 30, 2016, I had to rent a car after I was in a car accident. The lady that hit my car has State Farm Insurance and they chose Hertz as the place for me to obtain a rental while my car is being repaired. Initially, all went well and I was happy with the service. After electing the optional insurance coverage provided by Hertz at a ridiculously exorbitant rate, I later found out that my own full coverage car insurance covered the rental. That wasn't the problem. After returning the following week to cancel the optional insurance coverage, I discover that I owe approximately $165.00 more than what was quoted. The sales associate, Gabrielle Rivera, told me on the day that I rented the car that Basic protection was $30.00 inclusive of taxes. After returning, she looks at my account on her computer and tells me it is not. She proceeds to offer a clearly unapologetic apology for misinforming me about the Basic insurance policy. She then tells me that I will have to talk to her manager on the following Monday as no manager works on the weekend. Really? What if there is a serious problem? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. What business doesn't have an onsite manager every business day? In any event, now I'll have to take yet more time out of my already busy schedule to speak with the manager about this. Honestly, I have no expectation that she will fix the problem. If the sales associate is that badly misinformed, or more likely, flat out lying just to make a sale on insurance that she knows quite well isn't needed by the overwhelming majority of people, then my expectations remain dismally low for a resolution. I highly advise that anyone avoid this location and Hertz in general if their own sales associates don't even know the specifics of what they're selling. Go with Enterprise instead. The service is impeccably good and their cars are much nicer and cleaner. Without doubt, this is the worst customer service experience of my life and that's saying a lot as I am 55 years old and have rarely ever had any terrible customer service issues. Again, please heed my warning and avoid this location. You will thank me later for the grief I save you! Updated 10/31/16: After speaking with Ashley Kana, the branch manager, she informed me that she had taken remedial action with her sales associate and that the issue that I had would not happen again with future customers. Although I returned the rental car today, Ashley wasn't yet able to adjust the charges, which she graciously agreed to do, until the estimate from the body shop was submitted to State Farm, so that I wouldn't be charged for the additional rental days. Ashley is extremely courteous and friendly and took my complaint quite seriously and will adjust the charge to the amount verbally given to me by the sales associate. I could not be more impressed by her kind demeanor and willingness to make things right for me. She even drove my mother and me to the body shop to pick up my car, even though she didn't have to, because she's just that nice and helpful. Ashley provided outstanding customer service and will rectify the charges as soon as she can close the account. She was able to turn a miserable experience into an outstanding one. It's that willingness to listen to a customer and fix a problem, in addition to just being an overall pleasant person, that makes her an outstanding branch manager. I am adjusting my rating from a 1 to a 5 thanks to Ashley's outstanding customer service and I will now recommend that renting from this location will be a good experience.
