Absolutely worthless staff at this location. I called to ask if they had a particular Class A vehicle and stopped and was told they did. Arriving approximately 10 minutes later, I asked to rent that vehicle and was told that the person I needed to speak with was "in the bathroom and unavailable" but could I please wait? About 10 minutes later the manager finished up his bathroom issues and came out and attempted to cross sell me into something else they had available instead.

I rented a car from South Austin Enterprise on 71 for 2 days. Service was great. Staff was nice, prompt, and professional!

The staff is really incompetent. They put me in a car that was horrible.. Called several times and every time I called they would tell me the same thing that they had nothing else to put me in wich am sure was not the case cause I soon as I should up and I asked to talk to the manager they tried to fix it.. I had never been to a rental place where they don't care to accommodate there customer by far worse..😠

Whenever I rent a car, I always try to do so from this particular location. The staff have consistently been helpful, honest, and courteous.
