We were told by a Hertz employee when we arrived at their office that the car we reserved was not available.  He told us it was so busy that no one would have car available.  I called Enterprise from the office and was told they had plenty of cars.  We rented a nice car for the day at a great price with no hassle at all.  This is not the first time Enterprise has solved a problem for me.  Every time I use Enterprise I come away satisfied.  I will no longer use any other rental company.

I am not only completely satisfied and happy that I rent from Enterprise but also enjoy the 319 S. Lamar at Barton Springs location so much.  The people are so friendly and courteous.  Look forward to the next rental.

Enterprise is consistently the best car rental in the business. I'm not sure how they manage it, but no matter where I am in the country, the customer service is always outstanding. They must have a great company culture to have so many genuinely nice employees.

Someone ran into my truck and it was in the shop for 7 1/2 weeks; Enterprise set me up with a rental that I was able to use for the entire ordeal while staying in touch to ensure there were no problems that needed to be addressed.

Enterprise picks me up at home. Car is always ready when I get there and only once (out of 8 times) was the gas tank not full. Staff treats me like I was their best customer. These folks have a great product, a great service, and some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere.
