So glad to be using a company that treats me like I am a professional. Refreshing!!  Getting the car and bringing it back could NOT be easier.  Still stuns me.  I feel like we missed steps because the dont make you wait around like the last two places I rented from.  Only thing I hate is the weird named fees.  They are hefty and it bugs me but they all seem to have them soooo.......

Don’t trust any record what they are showing Rate, milege, fuel charge & etc. They are charging much more after you dropped rental car. Don’t use this Hertz. You better go next door of Hertz.

The team at BMI is super to deal with.  Car was ready, clean, and they knew who I was when I arrived; acted as though they were expecting me and were happy to see me.  Thank you, Hertz BMI!

This is the only Hertz I've used in Bloomington, and the couple times I have I've always had a good experience. They don't have the widest variety of cars, but hey its Central Illinois, not O'Hare or Miami. The staff is very helpful. I recently had an issue where I rented from CIRA and returned at another location in Ohio. The other location failed to document that I had returned the car. After a couple weeks and endless phone calls I called CIRA and they fixed the issue, even though it wasn't their fault or responsibility. I'm very thankful for that.

I am a president's circle member.  My reservation was for 8:00 AM.  I waited from 7:55 to 8:45 to find out they don't have any vans.  This reservation had been booked 3 months prior.  Terrible, terrible service at the counter.   If you want good service and to feel cared for DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
